If there is one thing that lean 6 sigma green belt certification St. Louis firmly ingrains in our minds, it is that there is always scope for improvement wherein we keep pushing the boundaries of service delivery, over and over. In essence, there is simply no scope for a lackadaisical attitude at all. Instead, there is a constant and absolutely unrelenting desire to improve processes further and further.
Take customer satisfaction as a prime example. Maybe if we look at customer inputs at a cursory level, we may find that things are absolutely very well in place with customers apparently quite satisfied with the way things are going.
But what if that is not really the case in its entirety? Maybe most customers are satisfied but some or a few are not? Should the small number of unsatisfied customers be left as it is or efforts be made to satisfy them as well?
These are the questions typically looked at in lean 6 sigma green belt principles and as lean 6 sigma certification St. Louis will teach you, there is little to no scope for lax when it comes to customer satisfaction; if out of every 100 customers, 99 are satisfied and just 1 is not, even that 1 can mean a potential threat to the reputation and perception of the organization.
Therefore, every effort needs to be made to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the efforts made by organizations, and wherever there seems to be a laxity, steps are taken to overcome it.
Improvements Made with Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification
Often, customer satisfaction may not even have a direct relation with customers; as a matter of fact, some of them may not be direct stakeholders of the organization in the first place! Yet, customers may have a negative attitude towards said organizations for a wide array of reasons.
A case in point would be pollution; if customers find an organization to be polluting in its operations, even if directly nowhere near their own jurisdiction, they may still form a negative bias towards the organization.
Likewise, if the organization has policies opposed to the beliefs of certain sections of the society, say it apparently comes off as being racist or having an attitude which is not homosexual friendly, there can be a possible backlash against the organization among certain sections.
While functioning holistically within our society, organizations need to be particularly very wary about all these factors. They cannot afford to remain lax and these are the very principles which lean 6 sigma green belt certification St. Louis stresses on.
In particular, the need for, or the scope for continuous improvement is something which lean 6 sigma green belt certification St. Louis emphasizes greatly. This is no doubt a very good attitude to have for organizations since it ensures that they do not become complacent.
Moreover, armed with lean six sigma green belt certification St. Louis personnel working in these organizations – or running their own enterprises, also end up pushing the boundaries of customer satisfaction and process improvement, without getting easily pleased with the status quo of the moment.

Do you offer Lean Six Sigma training and certification?
Yes. Lean and Six Sigma are two separate methodologies that work very well together. Lean is a methodology based on waste reduction, while Six Sigma is a methodology based on process improvement. Both options are being used together in many organizations, so a Lean Six Sigma approach is very popular. You may obtain a Lean Six Sigma certification by combining our Lean Flow Fundamentals with any Six Sigma Green, Black, or Master Black Belt option. You may also earn a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by completing the Lean Introduction and the two day Yellow Belt. Online Lean Six Sigma options are also available and require the completion of the Lean Level III training and any online Green or Black Belt program. Lean Level II may be combined with our online Yellow Belt for a Lean Yellow Belt program.
What is a blended or accelerated program?
Blended or accelerated programs allow the student to attend part of the training (typically the first 3 days, first week, or last two weeks) in a classroom environment with the rest of the training completed online. Please contact us to learn more about our blended options.
