In life, there are many facets and indeed professions which demand precision. Even a difference of a small Nano-unit can go on to make a big impact. For instance, a stopwatch needs to be precise down to the absolute millisecond. A jeweler specializing in precious diamonds needs to get every flaw, every cut on his diamonds right. A heart surgeon needs to perform each and every surgery with razor sharp precision. An aircraft pilot simply cannot get his or her moves wrong and get away, given that airplanes offer so little margin for error, especially while landing or taking off.
Across all of these scenarios, precision remains central, which is relatively easier to achieve, armed with six sigma certification Charlotte. Specific to Charlotte city, we can cite the instance of NASCAR, one of the most popular sports franchises in the country, second only to NFL (National Football League) as far as TV ratings go.
Charlotte has traditionally been the home of NASCAR in the country, a legacy which continues till date. Now, in the context of racing, invariably there is simply no margin for error at all. After all, even a little leeway can mean that drivers at the back can overtake you, whereby you may never be able to regain your position in the front. Moreover, when it comes to racing, safety is crucial and again, precision and focus go a long way in ensuring that drivers remain safe at all times.
Essentially, with lean six sigma master black belt certification Charlotte there is precision / accuracy witnessed on a repetitive basis, something which is not so easily observed otherwise. This happens because six sigma principles allow a lot of activities to become nothing more than routine processes, which were otherwise not so.
For instance, a racer may not accelerate at a certain speed at a certain time of the race but thanks to lean six sigma master black belt certification Charlotte he or she manages to do so with clinical precision – this comes about all thanks to lean six sigma master black belt certification Charlotte, whereby focus on accuracy and precision is literally imbibed into all those undertaking the training required for such certification.
Positive Impact on Goodwill of Organizations
With this focus on precision and accuracy, organizations can remain rest assured about the fact that routine processes – which mandate such precision, would in fact be undertaken with élan. For instance, pilots would fly airplanes with the kind of precision which is expected from them at all times, with no exceptions whatsoever. Likewise, racers in NASCAR would race their vehicles with the kind of precision which again franchise owners and fans alike have come to expect from them.
Ultimately it is organizational goodwill which gets a major fillip. For instance, even the smallest of skirmishes, leave alone a full-fledged air crash, can deal a severe blow to the reputation of any airline. But with focus on precision – as brought about by lean six sigma master black belt certification Charlotte, can ensure that such deviations from the norm simply do not happen.

Do you offer Lean Six Sigma training and certification?
Yes. Lean and Six Sigma are two separate methodologies that work very well together. Lean is a methodology based on waste reduction, while Six Sigma is a methodology based on process improvement. Both options are being used together in many organizations, so a Lean Six Sigma approach is very popular. You may obtain a Lean Six Sigma certification by combining our Lean Flow Fundamentals with any Six Sigma Green, Black, or Master Black Belt option. You may also earn a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by completing the Lean Introduction and the two day Yellow Belt. Online Lean Six Sigma options are also available and require the completion of the Lean Level III training and any online Green or Black Belt program. Lean Level II may be combined with our online Yellow Belt for a Lean Yellow Belt program.
What is a blended or accelerated program?
Blended or accelerated programs allow the student to attend part of the training (typically the first 3 days, first week, or last two weeks) in a classroom environment with the rest of the training completed online. Please contact us to learn more about our blended options.
