Every business exists because of its customers and clients. Six Sigma will improve your company’s efficiency and effectiveness, and make your customer service the best it can be.

Where does customer service really matter? In all industries, of course! However, there are certain ones where its value is especially important. One example is the insurance industry — it is an industry where the seller and buyer have a lifelong relationship. That relationship has to be the epitome of integrity, trust and sincerity. In other words, we would like to feel that our insurance agent has our back.
