Lean master's fit nicely as the next step after Lean Fundamentals. I was able to expand on the basics and learn some skills I immediately was able to use back at my plant.

SMED, VSM, and TPM information was deeper and help to me to understand more about that.
Donna was fantastic. Her real life examples and background bought the material to life.
How everyone was encouraged to participate to show you understand the concepts.
I can do the project on my own peace and is related directly with my job, that is amazing!
I liked how the instructor made me feel like I could as questions. He explained everything very well so I had minimal questions. Made the class very easy to understand!
I really enjoyed the classroom group activities. It helped to break up the monotony!
Flow was very good and David was good at making sure we repeated the steps learnt every time we came back from break. I believe this helped everyone learn the steps in the process better than just a one time glance and refresher at the end of the week.
David was a great instructor. He packed us full of info in the Lean Fundamentals training and made it fun and interactive so it was easy to retain and bring back to my job with me.
The amount of interaction and follow up on the things we were learning really helped make sure I remembered them. David had good applicable examples which also helped retain the methods.
David really showed he cared about the comfort and understanding of the class.
I really liked the way the material was prepared and presented. It was helpful to hear business process related use-cases but the manufacturing examples were also very good at demonstrating the concepts. I also liked how it was made very clear up front that Lean is not a workforce reduction effort but about simplification and elimination of roadblocks to make an individual's work more productive and enjoyable. The Kaizen toast video was a fun exercise and shows how Lean can be used in all aspects of one's life. I will highly recommend this to my co-workers. I also liked the Live presentation format and ability to ask questions and be interactive.
I liked that David gave ample examples to help explain concepts and the interactive group work.
I liked that the class size was small which allowed the participants to have more interaction with the instructor. Having a hard copy of the presentation to review prior to the class and for reference afterwards was also nice.
