Lean Master – Chicago, IL

$3,200.00$5,400.00‘ Lean Master program is part of a comprehensive series of trainings that offers a complete certification track towards becoming a Lean Sensei. Our Lean Master classes are offered both onsite at your location and as a public open registration class. We currently have a program scheduled in Downtown Chicago September 21-24 with more programs to be scheduled throughout the U.S. and in some locations around the world.


“Lean Master” Certification (Consists of 32 Hours conducted over 4 Days of Classes)

  • Must complete Lean Fundamentals (or similar) prior to enrollment
  • Must complete at least 5 Projects (Lean Projects, Kaizen events, DMAIC)
    • 1 of these should be completed prior to enrollment
  • Open Registration Fee: $3200 for each Student (Group discounts are available)
  • Register for the Lean Master and Lean Sensei at the same time to save $1000 at checkout
  • Onsite Rates Will Vary

Upon completion of this program, students should:

  • be in a position to guide Lean Agents
  • enhanced the skills necessary to utilize Lean methodologies and figures to decrease expenses, reduce cycle times, increase volume, and improve production in Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations
  • have a deeper knowledge of basic lean tools
  • have the skills required to apply advanced lean tools
  • be able to expand their abilities as professionals so that they are able to share their unique projects, perspectives, and experience
  • be able to analyze value stream maps in greater depth
  • have had a chance to talk over particular elements of concern and projects with experienced trainers to begin on an established road for success
