If you already completed the White Belt live virtual training, you will need to join the class on Wednesday.
Training is Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm (Eastern) and Thursday from 10 pm to 1 pm (Eastern).

Jumpstart Upgrade for Yellow Belts
If you already completed the Yellow Belt live virtual training, you will need to join the class on Thursday half-day.
Training is Thursday from 10 pm to 1 pm (Eastern) and Friday from 10 am to 4 pm (Eastern).
Minitab is required for this training and you can use your license, if you don’t have one, you may choose to use the free trial.

Green Belt Upgrade for Yellow Belts
If you already completed the White & Yellow Belt live virtual training, you will need to join the class on Thursday half-day.
Therefore, the Green Belt Upgrade live virtual course takes 5.5 days of training (instead of 8) over 2 months.
The Green Belt Week 1 class is Thursday from 1 pm – 4 pm and Friday from 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern) and The Green Belt Week 2 class is Tuesday to Friday from 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern).
The Upgrade course fee is $1652.00 instead and includes printed course manuals, a certificate of training completion, Master Black Belt remote support, project review time, and Project Certification.
A Project is required to get certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and this project must be a real process improvement that you choose to implement for your current employer as the certification for Six Sigma is based on the candidate’s ability to apply the principles to a real project. That is what the methodology is about, not passing exams. So our expectation will be that you will identify a project to apply these concepts to for your certification. It’s like doing your Master’s Thesis.

If you already completed the Jumpstart live virtual training, you will need to join the Green Belt Week 2 class.
Therefore, the Green Belt Week 2 Upgrade live virtual course takes 4 days of training.
The class is from Tuesday to Friday from 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern).
The Upgrade course fee is $1,325.00 and includes a printed course manual, a certificate of training completion, Master Black Belt remote support, project review time, and Project Certification.
