I liked Jaclyn?s pace as well as the real-life examples she used to get her points across. She encouraged us to share examples from each of our backgrounds to make the training all inclusive, but still managed to keep the class on track if the recount of these experiences started to run too long. The organization of the course was also much appreciated. It started off by showing us the value of lean and then took us, at a manageable pace, through the steps/ways to not just implement it in our workplaces, but also in our personal lives.

I enjoyed that the environment was "casual" - it was easy to speak to the instructor, could have a conversation with the entire class, the instructor did a good job in allowing a conversation to be carried but did re-direct us if off-track. Activities help in showing what was discussed in the lectures.
