Previous quality tools training was attended by a single industry. Was nice to have a mixture of industries represented and lots of discussion over application.

The content of the course is very rich and the instructor was able to transmit the content in a very efficient way, generating different discussions among the attendees.

I loved how interactive it was. The activities were enjoyable and applying the concepts learned helped me understand the material better. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job including everyone in conversation, but not forcing anyone who wasn't comfortable to speak. Also, even though it was a lot of material to cover over a two week span, it didn't feel too overwhelming and the pace was just right!
