Rich was very knowledgeable of the topic. He kept the class motivated. Being that I had this training before and didn?t learn as much. So, I would like to thank him for increasing my knowledge with using Green Belt tools. With his training I am confident with completing a project.

Marc's perspective. It is one thing to go through the book page by page, slide by slide and that leads to a very dull and boring class. Marc's presentation of the material, anecdotal humor and practical (real life) examples helped to cement the training and make it a more engaging and fun experience.

I always value the interaction of the course regardless of it is with me directly only because it gives makes it more interesting and feels better than just being spoken at which I find that type of learning hard. So it was great to have such engagement from the instructor.
