Wishing I had taken it sooner and feeling sad that the first part was over so quick... I am new to 6 sigma and this course helped be ease into it and put it all in perspective, while giving me the first set of tools to get started and apply it to my own environment. While the topics covered were definitely a major component of that, the way the course is structured also positively contributed to this (loved the 3 tier approach, White to Green). The absolute best was the instructor. Marc Bock was amazing at making the materials engaging and interesting. It was great having the book to follow but also loved when he used the "white board" and when he went straight into the MiniTab for practical examples and walked us through the graphs and how / when they are relevant.
