the instructor was great... experiences shared highlighted deep industry experience. soemone from a university background only would not have the knowledge or ability to speak with passion regarding the areas to watch. the material is very applicable to all aspects of life - will be especially helpful in the work place.

Marc managed to inform of us the material and give us the theoretical of how to use the tools. Then use that to explain how each person would practically use it in their respective field. This information was delivered quickly and simply so everyone really understood how to use it. This also allowed for the students to stay engaged. Really good teaching technique.

At this point in the course, I was able to make connections from week one that was so beneficial to the knowledge I learned and actually had it stick. Working on experiments like the flight simulator was nice and hands on and helped me get practice with hypothesis testing and analyzing that data based on what we learned the beginning of week two.

Understand the different between lean management and six signs projects. As well as just learning more about six sigma in general. It was my first time actually digging deep into understanding processes and I feel through this course I'll have a better knowledge to helping companies improve.

The instructor did a very good job presenting the information. The material was thorough and easy to follow. I liked how each piece was tied to the different phases of the DMAIC. I also liked that for the tools we were shown the how, why, and when they should be used.

Donna Whitaker presented the material very clearly and made sure to explain things in laymen's terms if I wasn't able to understand it at first. I also loved the fact that she is so personable and often added humor throughout the week. I have been to several class/seminar presentations and she is definitely one of the very best.
