I can't say there was one particular thing I liked most.
Marshall Fauck, the instructor, was amazing. He did a fantastic job of making complex ideas easy to understand, was very knowledgeable and engaging. A terrific teacher who is passionate about the subject and about his work.
the organization and samples of the theory
Great discussions throughout the class allowed us to see the real-world applications of the methodology.
Marshall is the best instructor! The material could be very dry if it weren?t for his story telling that really pulls you in and helps you understand the practicality of the statistics.
Great content, very relevant and Dave did a great job relating material to real life work scenarios.
Brion did a great job with the course and helping us to understand.
Brion continued to be an excellent educator and facilitator of six sigma methodology into the second week. I?m so glad we ended up with him. I imagine the the instructor could make or break the course material.
I think 10 people is a good size to have both a variety of perspectives and time to discuss with each person.
Brion provided a wealth of information and shared personal examples. Tools - a ton of tools.
Real life examples were used and made the course easier to understand.
My favorite part was the instructor, Brion and examples he used on how to apply the concepts. I was worried in my ability to understand more of the difficult concepts but Brion answered questions from the group that sometimes we didn?t even know how to ask. Excellent instructor and facilitator.
Richard has a tremendous wealth of knowledge of 6-Sigma. he was very informative and help everyone through specific questions as well as keeping the class on task. It was very good to see "real world" applications of the material and actually get to go through and process data.
The instructor gave a lot of real life scenarios. I would like have heard more scenarios outside of the manufacturing world but it was still good insight.
Ed was a fantastic and very knowledgeable instructor.
