Jaclyn was an amazing instructor! I really appreciate that she worked for many years in the field and is now a trainer; she was able to use so many of her own personal examples to teach the material, and those real world examples make it easier to learn and understand the material. Jaclyn was also very aware of timing and gave the appropriate number of breaks! It can be hard to sit in a room for 4 long days, but Jaclyn did a perfect job of breaking up the material into smaller chunks and giving breaks so we could refresh before moving on to a new topic. She also did a wonderful job of encouraging questions and participation. The class was mostly athena people, but Jaclyn really went out of her way to ensure the non-athena people felt comfortable participating. Coming out of training, I feel so excited to bring my learnings back to my job and use the tools to make true improvements in my role! 10/10 would definitely take another training with Jaclyn, she's awesome.
