Our Two-week Green Belt program combines the Design for Six Sigma methods with the traditional DMAIC Six Sigma concepts for a blended offering ideal for individuals that have no prior experience in process improvement training. Quality by Design is a structured means for designing and launching new products. The products may include goods, services, information, or internal processes. A high-quality product meets specific customer needs effectively such that they will buy or use more of the product in preference to other sources for meeting the need.
