I objected that there is a basic user interface error in turning off the car via a THREE SECOND press of a button on the dashboard. NO HUMAN can hold such a button down for that long while travelling at 120 mph on a crowded freeway. That was the deadly design error. Shook himself, CEO of Lean, Inc. responded substantively within a couple of days and agreed that Macintosh inventor Raskin’s thoughts were wise.
