There are two main investments people make, the acquisition of homes and cars. Its one of the reason why families work hard to make lives comfortable for their dependents. In big Companies there seems to be no rule of thumb when people act unprofesessionally.

I was very pleased with the performance of my vehicle and the comfort that it afforded my family. However on the last service the result was one in which the engine was destroyed and engine head shaved without disclosure and transparency to the owners of the vehicle. The sad thing is that I’m accustomed to what Toyota Service is all about in the USA and would always go back. With Customer service and care , you are always well respected. It seem that people employed by Toyota Trinidad and Tobago does not fully understand what a Code of Conduct is, and does not seek to uphold any of the acts thereof, from the least to the top. They are very unethical with regards to how the treat with customers especially loyal ones.
