I’m curious how much these concepts such as “Obeya”, “TPS” and “standups” were used at the CREATIVE level at Toyota, such as, creating car designs, ad campaigns, software, etc, compared to merely MANUFACTURING — eg assembling the cars.

Do you have any insight into that area?
Regards,
Jordan

It is broken into chapters covering the seven principles the Poppendiecks lay out as fundamental to agile practices: eliminating waste, amplifying learning, deciding as late as possible, delivering as fast as possible, empowering the team, building in integrity, and seeing the whole. Definitely worth reading.
