The main obstacle and objection I will get from my management is how can we implement this in our manufacturing environment?

We have a manufacturing plant where the staff is working shifts. The machines need to be supervised. Strict safety rules must be respected, as we are working with dangerous equipments and substances. We must face also bureaucracy issues like contracts, unions, labour laws, etc.
