The 6Sigma.com Online Yellow Belt Webinar will be a 2.5-day course. Training begins on a Tuesday this day is our White Belt, and then Wednesday and ½ day on Thursday wraps up the Yellow Belt portion of the program. After obtaining this second level belt, you can become a qualified team member of a Green Belt or Black Belt project.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification provides an overall insight to the techniques of Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. A yellow belt must know how to integrate Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of production and transactional systems to better meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.
