I was a call center agent before. And you were right. What matters most in a call center were the agent’s metrics,their handling time etc. Although we may have been trained to be empathic,friendly and should probe questions to arrive at the main root of the problem, we still have not resolve customer’s problems.Great customer service should first consider this before the metrics.
