Granted there are tools that involve, horrors, a bit of math and there are even some words in Japanese but the basic concepts are simple. Any commentary on why people can’t seem to understand them? Oh well, I’m off to explain Hoshin Kanri to people who think quarterly revenue is a leading indicator….
