It´s been five years and only this last year, after dealing with metrics in red, staffing issues due to headcount attrition and rotation, has the company finally set eyes on the customer relationship. Let me tell you, it is a challenge to find the perfect balance between satisfied customers, metrics hitting target and proper staffing and adding marketing campaigns to the mix will make it more challenging, but I find the idea fascinating. I would like to analyze this one a bit, maybe get some thoughts of the folks at work. Great post!
